Navy Craziness!

You know, I'm not complaining but I found that even on Delayed Entry status the military still cares about what you look like. I was talked to by a navy Petty Officer who told me that I had to get my hair cut and I don't start my active duty until August 5th.

Senior Year Coming To A Close

Well its coming up on that time for us seniors, Graduation time! whether your looking forward to it or dreading it, its here! We now have less than 70 days left and I am looking forward to my career in the Military starting in August. But on a more serious note I also believe that we should keep praying for what we and our classmates will do after we get our diplomas and leave this chapter of our lives behind, and pray for our speeches!

A Brother in Iraq

Now I may not like my brother in law that much and i may give him a relentlessly hard time but I still respect him for what he's doing over seas for our country. Like so many other over seas right now he is fighting in a war defending the rights of the free world. So remember what they are doing for our country and remember also to pay them your respects. My brother in law left for Iraq at 11:30 this morning and we are hoping he comes back safely.

Old Friendships

Well I had the best weekend ever. Apart from the fact that the Word of Life Superbowl Northeast Event was friday night, saturday morning an old friend of mine who I haven't seen in years came up from Berwick Pa. His name is Chad freeman. He moved away in June after Freshman year and the last time I saw him was that summer when I visited for a week. Anyway this showed me that long distance doesn't always tear friendships apart if they were strong enough to begin with. Just something to keep in mind. :D
